The Lizard Chapel

The Lizard Chapel is home to a small group of Christians who meet regularly for worship, prayer and Bible study at the most southerly chapel on the British mainland. We are part of the Methodist Church of Great Britain.

Our Chapel is a Grade II listed building dating back to 1864. It is situated in Housel Bay Road. The congregation previously met in a chapel in nearby Cross Common. Discover our story in a short history of The Lizard Chapel.
